Did you know that we recycle used (or new) medical equipment? If you are in need of a medical device, we will provide what we have available. We understand that it is not always affordable to make large purchases for things like wheelchairs and walkers, and want to help fill that gap as much as possible. We have only what is donated, and provide these items on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a particular need, please call us!
If you have any medical device laying around that is no longer in use, please consider donating it to us so we can pass them along to folks in need! Here are some of the items we accept:
- Wheelchairs of all kinds
- Canes, walkers, and knee scooters
- Electric hospital beds
- Transfer boards
- Lift chairs
- Bath chairs and benches
- Portable toilets
- New or gently used furniture
- Unopened hygiene products
- Unopened and/or unused cleaning products
- Nonperishable food items
If you have something to donate that isn’t on the list, please give us a call! We offer donated items at no cost, and it keeps used medical equipment and furniture out of the landfill. Win-win! If delivering your items for donation is a challenge, pick-up can be arranged within Clark, Lewis, Marion, Monroe, Pike, or Ralls counties upon request.
If you would prefer to donate money, we accept that too! Check out all of the programs we offer that your donation would help fund – it is our mission to make the disabled and elderly in our area as independent as possible and to help them in any way we can to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
